Re-lived childhood love for fantasy reads.

Sometimes its really pleasant to relax oneself after a hectic day by laying your hands on a really light and entertaining novel and re-living carefree childhood days. This purpose was well served for me by Diane Rapp’s ‘Dragon Knight: And The Heart’s Blood Curse..’ where I was taken on an adventure full of mystery and fantasy- a tale of a dragon who is cursed by a witch Bellatrix and turned into a miserable knight for eating up her dead daughter served as an offering in dinner. In order to lift this curse from himself and to transform back into a powerful dragon, the ‘dragon changed knight’ has to unravel a mysterious path by travelling and fighting all the horrifying- fantasy creatures such as giants, zombies, spiders to find a young Sorceress living in the Castle of Trelfor.
Author Diane Rapp has an amazingly mesmerizing style of writing the most complex tale into a captivating page turner with absorbing characters. She definitely knows how to cast a spell on her readers so she adds two more touching realistic, animal based short tales i.e. ‘Tiger,Tiger Burning Bright’- based on a man eater- tiger and ‘Tracking the Enemy, Sasha’s Story’ based on Wolves. I don’t want to give away much by telling about these two stories since they are really short but for sure are based on an interesting story line.
Overall Author Diane Rapp’s book Dragon Knight: And The Heart’s Blood Curse is a perfect recommendation for all age groups but I am sure it will catch attention of teens and school going young fantasy lovers. Its a must read for all!
